  • For personal use only. For commercial use please contact me via Twitter @Velostra.

Personal use meaning you can use it for your Twitch channel, Discord, Facebook, Profile Photos etc.

Commercial use meaning you can use it for sales, merchandise etc. 

  • If you would like to hire me for commission contact me via Twitter @Velostra.

  • Commissions may include copyrighted characters. (ex: from anime, games, movies, etc) *The artist will not be liable for actions taken against the commissioner due to copyright violations. 

  • Your commission(s) will be shown here on my website, along with your username if applicable.

  • I commission Twitch emotes, sub badges (both evolving and non-evolving), and profile photos. If you would like anything else feel free to ask! 

  • I have permission to stream your commission(s) if it corresponds with an art stream.

  • I am open to softcore suggestive adult humor, NSFW, gore etc at my discretion. 

  • Payment must be done via PayPal. (USD) | EMT is available for Canada.

  • You will receive your commission in its intended sizing format(s).

  • Work duration of 1-3 days. *This is subject to take longer for larger commissions.

  • I have the right to decline or cancel any commission. 

  • All of my art contains the signature “Ve".

  • I will only accept 3 commissions at any given time. You can request to be on my waiting list. You will be served in the order I receive commissions.

THE PROCESS

  1. Contact me via Twitter or Discord etc and express interest in hiring me for commission. 

  2. Express your ideas, color scheme, and reference photos to the best of your ability. 
    *If you do not provide any reference photos or a description a small fee will be applied.*

  3. Sketches will be made and presented to you for approval. This is the stage where you would request changes. 

  4. Half of the final price is required before final copies are started. 

  • There are no refunds for this required payment.

I reserve all rights to resell your commission if you do not pay for them. 

6. Once final copies are completed they will be sent to you.

The second half of payment is required before you are sent final copies.

REFER A FRIEND


When you hire me for commission you get unlimited chances to participate in the Refer a Friend promotion! It’s pretty simple- when you commission me and that commission brings me new clientele you will get discounts off your next commission! You even have the option to save up your “store credit” towards a free emote!

TIDBITS OF INFORMATION

  • Kindly keep in mind I am new and a novice when it comes to digital art.

I take pride in my accomplished works however I am still learning and no one is perfect! Take this into consideration before hiring me for commission! I will not take offense if you decide to go with another artist! I support everyone! 

  • I use Procreate on an Apple iPad Mini 5 along with my First Generation Apple Pencil. 

  • Your commission may or may not be live streamed for art content depending on if your commissions correspond with an art stream.

If you do not want it to be streamed please give notice when hiring for commission. 

  • Once I am more skilled with digital art and emote making you may be selected for free emote upgrades! 

  • If you are in the market for a custom bundle do not hesitate to ask me if I would consider taking on a larger commission! I'd just need a little extra time to complete it.

  • Some prices may be negotiable and discounts may be offered at my discretion.
